1st October already Time to get the spookfest going! ☠ I will be in my cabin at Reg’s Garden - St Brelade today, from 10am till 3pm. If you're after Halloween coasters for your parties or gifts, come up and see. There's only one of each of these at present, once they're gone, they're gone! I will make more for next year! Seymour Tower
Seymour Tower was built in 1782 on the rocky outcrop, almost two miles off the south-east coast of Jersey, known as L’Avarison Islet following the Battle of Jersey in 1781. The islet provided a secure base and a practical location for early warning of any impending attack. The Eurasian Lynx
Europe's 3rd largest predator after the brown bear and the wolf. It is the largest of the four Lynx species. A magnificently striking cat. Hand drawn and painted with acrylics on beautiful smooth Sycamore. I did this in the 1990's and have just taken it out of storage! That makes it vintage, I guess! The design is hand drawn and pyrographed into the wood so will have a long life, and doesn't imprint onto your pastry! Finally it is coated in food safe Tung oil. If you want it for kitchen decoration only, it can be varnished so it doesn't become a dust magnet, but remember... You won't be able to use it for cooking. You won't find this on the High Street!
